日本では「反論しにくいこと」をみんなが大声で言ってそれで議論が終わってしまう。「弱者を守れ」「著作権を守れ」「地方を活性化せよ」。反論しにくいが、しかし全体最適化の観点は欠落している。あえて反論することがいま必要になってきてると思う。
